JJ Care Consultants Ltd are currently recruiting for enthusiastic self-employed care staff/healthcare professionals across South Wales, who would be interested in the rewarding opportunity to work within the Healthcare sector. We are providing specialist and experienced care across a range of organisations that focus on the needs of residents within residential care & nursing homes. We are looking for people who are compassionate, with big hearts, a smile on their face, and who will be proud of every rewarding moment that they provide support to.

You as the carer/healthcare professional will have the responsibilities in supporting an individual's needs and requirements to ensure that they are being cared for accordingly. These duties will range from the personal care of hygiene, maintaining high standards, while most importantly building up a companionship with the residents and making sure that they are treated to the best of your own ability. Ultimately as a carer/healthcare professional, your role is to assist the community in making their lives easier and more enriched.

Due to the around-the-clock attention that is sometimes necessary in care, you will need to be flexible with your days and nights; as your shifts may vary Monday to Sunday and across all hours.

Previous experience working within the care work sector is essential to this role. An All Wales Manual Handling Passport and ideally a QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or the equivalent of six months experience is also necessary. You will need to be friendly, compassionate and lovingly patient; all of which are what we take pride in knowing our carers/healthcare professionals are. You will need to be genuine and have an honest desire to work within a personal-caring environment.

All candidates will be checked to see if they have the right to work in the UK, DBS certificate and references.
